Workshops & coaching
Get your team good with AI.
I run hands-on workshops and coaching that get you and your team using AI on real work, so you do more with the people you already have.
AI training from a Toronto-based practice, for individuals and teams who want to stop falling behind and start using AI for real.
What you get
You get a team that's actually good with AI.

Built on your real work
Hands-on sessions using your actual work, not a sample dataset. You leave with something you'll actually use.

A working system, same day
A live system ships by end of session. Results the same day, not 'someday.'

It sticks
A follow-up check-in a month later makes sure the new workflows hold up in real work.

Skills every person keeps
A personal library of repeatable workflows for every attendee, yours to keep and build on.

Right-sized for depth
Ideal for groups of 1 to 8, and scales to 25+ for enterprise teams.
How it works
Scope. Build live. Embed.
Scope
We pick real work worth speeding up or automating with AI.
Build live
In the session, we build a working artifact together with Claude.
Embed
Everyone leaves with a skills library; a 30-day check-in keeps it sticky.
How pricing works
Pricing depends on format: a 1:1 session, a half- or full-day team workshop, or a multi-session engagement, remote or in person. A quick call sorts out the right fit and a quote. Every session ships a working system, materials, a shared skills library, and a 30-day check-in.

The tools I teach are the tools I use to deliver. Same workflows, same shortcuts, and I show you what works and what to skip.
Questions, answered
What clients usually ask
Do we need to be technical?
No. These tools meet people where they are. We work in plain language, on your real tasks.
Is this just generic AI training?
No. We build something from your actual work, live, that the team keeps using afterward.
Will this replace jobs?
No. It's about capacity, not cuts. Your team does more of what matters, with the people you already have.
Remote or in person?
Both. Remote is the default; in-person is available in the GTA for a travel add-on.
How big can the group be?
1–8 people for maximum depth; it scales to 25+ for enterprise sessions.
Is it safe to use AI on our real work?
That's half the point. Most teams already use personal AI accounts quietly; we set up approved, safe ways to work instead, with Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA) in mind.
