Do we need to be technical?
No. The workshops are built for non-technical staff: office, admin, operations and sales teams. We work in plain language on your team's own tasks, so everyone leaves with something they'll use.
How much does AI training for a team cost?
It depends on the format: a 1:1 session, a half- or full-day team workshop, or a multi-session engagement, remote or in person. Is this just generic AI training?

Remote or in person?
Both. Remote is the default; in-person is available in the GTA for a travel add-on.
How big can the group be?

Is it safe to use AI on our real work?
That's half the point. Most teams already use personal AI accounts quietly; we set up approved, safe ways to work instead, with Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA) in mind.
Do you cover AI safety, privacy and policy?
Yes, as part of the workshop. We cover what data can go into which tools, which tools your team is approved to use, and how to check an AI's output before it goes out. If you already have an AI policy, we start from it. The team leaves with a simple usage policy they can keep and update, written with Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA) in mind.
